Starry Night Ball

I decided to join the popular Instagram Reel Challenge, for artists to imagine their dress when attending the Starry Night Ball (ergo the popular painting "Starry Night by Vincent Van Gogh).
For the location I got mainly inspired by the absolutely marvellous Palais Garnier Opera House in Paris.
